DIRECTIONS:

GOLD:
Powder: Mix 1 scoop in hot water or any type of milk. Mix until dissolved.
Capsules: Take 2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

BURN: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
