DIRECTIONS:
BRAVENLY FIT FUEL: Mix 2 scoops in your choice of water, milk, juice, or an alternate beverage. Mix until completely dissolved.
BALANCE: Mix 1 scoop into an 8 oz glass of water, favorite juice, or a smoothie, and blend well.
GOLD:
Powder: Mix 1 scoop in hot water or any type of milk. Mix until dissolved.
Capsules: Take 2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.
KIDS MIGHTY MIX: For children ages 4 and older, mix 1–2 scoops daily.
RESET: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with at least 8 oz of water.
